Challenge Terms and Conditions:

• Applicant cannot be registered by one of "Benchmark's CBs" or have already received a proposal from the same.
• The comparison must be based on quotes that are equivalent - I.e. Aerospace, Medical and Automotive quotes are compared at Re-registration only, and will not include those companies that are going from ISO 9001 to ISO/TS 16949.
• The comparison is based on "total contract cost" including: royalty fees, maintenance fees, man days and report fees, included in the agreement for the term of the written proposal. Travel costs will not be considered in the Challenge totals.
• Benchmark will issue those companies transfering ISO, AS and EMS certificates up to a 5 year cost of certification.
• The Challenge is officially accepted by Benchmark Registrar Representatives, when a quote from one or more of the Registrars is issued.
• Witness Audits "Special" rates will not be accepted for this Challenge.
• Current Registrar's Official Countersigned Contract and Accredited Certificate must be presented for verification and acceptance.
• Current Registrar's Certificate must have at lease one the following IAF Accrediation Marks: ANAB, TGA, SCC, UKAS or ITAF.
• Benchmark can refuse to accept and issue any applicant's Challenge for any reason.
• Challenge applies to the following CBs only:
TUV - LRQA - NQA - SGS - AQA - NSF - DNV - BSI - PRI - Intertek SC - UL/DQS - PJR - BVC.
• Challenge is by invitation only, limited time offer.
